On 10/3/06 I placed an order for 2 snack n play travel trays for our upcoming family vacation via e-mail. After placing my order I called Family Travel Gear where I spoke with Co-Owner, Linda. She was very friendly & helpful. She even had time to visit about the company & how they strive to make sure everything is in stock so people are not waiting several days/weeks for an order to come in.
