To Locate a Package
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and then a shipment tracking email which will include your order receipt as well as your tracking number.
You can enter the tracking number into www.UPS.com to locate your package in transit for packages shipped via UPS. Or, if you selected US Postal Service, you can enter your tracking number into the USPS.com website (although their tracking is not updated as frequently). Or, simply contact us and we can help you.
Or, if you already have created an account with us, simply click on Order Status. Log into your Family Travel Gear account and you can view your order and find it's tracking number.
