What payment methods do you offer?

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, PayPal and echeck (through PayPal).
• Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
• We never bill for credit card service fees.
• You can be confident that your personal and account information is secure at Family Travel Gear. We employ the latest 256-bit encryption technology in all parts of our site that require any personal information. Please read our "Security Policy" for more information.

When will my credit card be charged?

• Family Travel Gear will bill your credit card at the time your order is placed.
• For security purposes, we do not save your credit card information in our system. Therefore, if you wish to add on to your already submitted order, simply place another order on our website.

How do I use a coupon?

• If available, to redeem a coupon, paste or type the coupon code in the "Coupon Code" box located on the checkout page. You will need to click the "Continue" button for the coupon to take effect.

• Some coupons have certain restrictions. Please look at the web page with the coupon for more information.
• Some offers are available to new customers only.
• A minimum purchase, not including shipping and tax, of the amount of the coupon required.
• Coupons can be used with credit card purchases only.
• Coupons are not valid with any other coupon, shipping offer or promotion.
• Most offers have expiration dates, stated on the web page with the coupon.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

• We charge 7.72% sales tax for orders shippedor billed to Colorado only.
• Sales tax is automatically computed at time of checkout on the product(s), and shipping costs.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

• Immediately after submitting your order, we display your invoice/receipt. Please print this invoice/receipt out for your records.
• In addition, we also e-mail you a copy of your invoice/receipt.
• If you need a copy of your invoice/receipt, please contact us at customerservice@familytravelgear.com.

Sales Tax

• As a mail-order company, we are required to charge state and local sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence, This includes all orders shipped to the State of Colorado.
• Since our business is located in the city of Denver we charge the tax at the same rate as any business located within the cities authority, which is 7.72%.
• Because we are responsible for arranging shipping, we also must charge tax on shipping in accordance with State of Colorado law.

Coupons

• If you have an online coupon, make sure to read the exclusions and instructions carefully. Pay careful attention to the Sale start and end dates.
• If your order does not seem to reflect the benefits stated in the promotion, take another moment to review the promotional offer's terms and conditions before contacting via email.

How to use your coupon code:

• When you've finished shopping click the "Checkout" button.
• Provide your billing and shipping information. If you are a member, just login and this will be pre-filled.
• Enter your coupon code in the box provided at checkout.
• Click the "redeem coupon" button. If you have more than one coupon you may enter the next coupon.
• Complete the rest of the Billing page and click the "Continue" button.
• Verify your coupon was applied on the Review and Pay page.
• Submit your order and enjoy your savings!
