She tells us what she has gleaned while camping, hiking, bicycling, sailing, and canoeing with children from young toddlers, even to teenagers on four continents. All of it is instructive. While the Jeffreys' idea of adventure travel may not be everyone's fantasy of what to do for your summer vacation, their beliefs of what can be experienced adventuring as a family are inspiring.
