International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

Canadian and International Shipping Rates

Shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states of the USA. Is shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Estimated Delivery times are listed below.

USPS Express Mail International- Delivered in 3-5 Days

USPS Priority Mail International- Delivered in 6-10 Days

If you wish to have a package shipped to Canada please read this information.

Shipping to your International Address.

• We ship internationally using United States Postal Service or UPS.
• The USPS is the cheapest method, however, if you need the item soon you may consider UPS. UPS actually handles all the customs paperwork enroute to its recipient without having to wait for days in customs.

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

• APO/FPO addresses are considered to be United States addresses, even if the recipient is currently stationed in another country.

• We ship to a military post within the USA, which then sends it overseas.
• You should select "United States" from the Country menu for any military package.
• For the "State", enter AA (Armed Forces America), AE (Armed Forces Europe), AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
• You will need both that, and the zip code for the APO you are shipping to. For "City" enter APO or FPO (not the destination city).
• If you are in the military and are placing an order via credit card, make sure your billing address matches the address on file for your card. Otherwise, your card will be declined.
• Due to shipper restrictions, UPS cannot deliver to APOs, FPOs, or U.S. Territories or P.O. Boxes. If you are purchasing from any of these you will need to select the appropriate USPS shipping.

Customs Fee's on international orders.

• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO TARIFFS, CUSTOMS DUTIES, AND ASSOCIATED ASSESSMENTS. Inquire locally. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and Customs Clearance Fees.

• These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charge by familytravelgear.com does NOT include any of these fees. You will normally be charged customs fees by the company that delivers the package if they apply.
• Please be aware that customers are liable for return shipping costs on packages that are sent back to us due to tariffs and customs fees. For questions email us.
