We will even gift wrap your order! We offer a discount when you create an account (discount will activate upon approval within 2 to 3 days) on our website that takes an additional 5% off your order in addition to any coupons or sale promotions. We also carry a wide variety of helpful travel information including free check lists, travel links, and more in our on going effort to assist parents with their travel preparations.

- We are not a big corporation. This is a small, independently owned and operated family business. We don't have a physical storefront. We do have a very up-to-date online store which has the highest security encryption, a one page check-out, easy product search, newsletter, free checklists, travel tips, product reviews, Facebook and Twitter which allows us to reach far more people with fewer expenses than a brick and mortar store.
- We do not have a means for local pickup at this time but can provide a discount on shipping for local 'Denver Metro area' orders if you contact us before placing your order.
- We accept all major credit cards, and Pay Pal for payment. See our Payment Information for more details.
- We offer our free email newsletter which always contains a coupon of some kind.
- We have online gift certificates that we will email to your recipient or send an elegantly wrapped gift certificate to your recipients mailing address.
- We strive to keep all products in stock. Occasionally, we sell out of a product. If you order something that's out of stock, we will notify you via email, telephone, or both email and telephone right away and handle it per your instructions. We will ship the instock items, and the remainder of your order will ship when it becomes available. We will also waive the shipping charge for the back ordered item.
- When you order, you can give us special instructions. For example, if you want something sent at a particular time, or packaged in a particular way such as to exclude a packing slip, include a card with your message, or gift wrap your order, etc. We'll make every effort to meet your needs.

- Business hours are 8:00AM to 5:30PM Monday - Friday and Saturday 9AM to Noon (Mountain Time, USA). We are not available by email or fax on Sunday.
