Return Policy

Family Travel Gear is proud to offer the best in quality brand name travel products and we stand behind our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Merchandise that is unwanted, unused, resalable and in the original packaging can be returned to us within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund less a 15% stocking fee. We are unable to accept returns after 30 days. Items returned after 30 days will be discarded and no refund will be provided.

For hygienic reasons some products are non-returnable if used – such as travel potty seats etc. Sales of All Clearance Items are Final (unless item is defective from the manufacturer). Please allow 10-15 days for credit card refunds.

EASY RETURNS

Instructions for Returning Your Merchandise are as follows: If your merchandise was damaged in shipment, damaged from the manufacturer, or the wrong item was shipped, contact us via E-mail at customerservice@familytravelgear.com

Follow These Instructions – There is no need to call

  • First: Notify us via email that you are returning your item and provide us with a reason why you are dissatisfied.

  • Second: Prepare the Package for Shipment Enclose a copy of the original invoice with your merchandise. Merchandise must be in the original packaging, include all parts and be in new/unused condition.

  • Third: Return Shipping Securely package your return and return it using an insured shipper of your choice to:

    Secure the package and return it using an insured shipper of your choice to: You pay for postage up front. For your protection, insure the package for the full value. Your refund will be processed within 10 to 15 days of our receiving the package.

    Damaged Items

    Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department via email (for tracking purposes) within 5 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by either e-mail or Fax.

    If the return is the result of our error, we will arrange to have the item picked up via UPS and returned to our warehouse. We will issue a complete refund including the original shipping costs.

    Items returned within 30 days from the purchase date will receive a refund less a 15% stocking fee. Items returned after 30 days will be discarded, and no refund will be provided. Absolutely, no exceptions.

    If a package is returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount, less the original shipping charges.

    Exchange Policy

    Due to our changing inventory, we do cannot accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item to our warehouse for a refund and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want.

    How to Return An item

    1. Contact Customer Service- Contact Customer Service via e-mail at customerservice@familytravelgear.com or Fax at 1-866-550-7094.

    2. Packing your return- Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box with a copy of your order form and return form. Please clearly write your Invoice # on the attention line.

    3. Shipping your return- The buyer bears all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship us your returned item only via UPS or FEDEX to ensure proper tracking of your product.

    4. Receipt of your item- We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed and your account credited. You should expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10-15 business days of our receiving your return.
